Project Manager

Resetarits Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge of the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience independently managing projects in the $1M-$20M range. The candidate must be able to work with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors and all other members of the project with a positive, proactive approach.

Construction Superintendent

Resetarits Construction is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent. Working in conjunction with the Project Manager you’ll ensure safety, profit, scheduling as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of Supervisor experience in a multitude of disciplines.

Construction Superintendent Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Construction Supervision with multiple crews.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• 30-hour OSHA training.
• Ability and endurance to work outside and traverse the entire job site.
• Clean driving record, pass a background, physical, and drug test.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills.
