Charter School for Applied Technologies

Over the years, Resetarits Construction has partnered with the Charter School for Applied Technologies in Kenmore, New York on many Design-Build capital improvement projects.

Resetarits’ Design-Build services included:

•  Renovations to three separate commercial kitchens that serve 2,000 meals per day.
• Building additions to the existing facilitates for learning space in total of approximately 20,000+ square feet
• Building of a new 2-story Mezzanine in the fall of 2017.
• Numerous interior renovations to classrooms and computer labs.
• Restoration to the building’s exterior and existing window system. Resetarits worked hand and hand with the School to match their needs and stay within their budget. Our ability to provide Design services along with our Construction Management services allowed the school to maximize their resources on the most critical facility issues that faced the school.
