Construction responsibilities included the complete design and value engineering required to complete this privately funded development under the stringent budget and ahead of a demanding schedule.

Obstacles such as a small site which provided a high density of units per acre were overcome through the participation of the project team, which included Architectural /Engineering professionals and skilled subcontractors. Energy improvements were incorporated into the project providing the developer with access to available financial incentives.
