Nelson Hopkins Apartments

Nelson Hopkins Apartments, Lockport, NY Resetarits Construction Corporation was hired as the General Contractor by the Olmsted Center for Sight to construct a two story, 24 unit multi-family housing complex designed to accommodate those with special needs and the visually impaired. This project was part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal programs.

• Wheelchair-accessibility.
• lntergraded emergency nurses call stations and security system that allow the owner to communicate with other properties.
• Separate utility metering for all 24 units.
• Common area enhancement such as storage, community room with kitchen.
