Buffalo, NY, January 3, 2018: With school in full-swing for the 2017-2018 academic years, Resetarits Construction was thrilled to present newly constructed athletic and learning facilities to the students and staff of Bemus Point Central School District this past month.
“In order to minimize the impact on the students, this Project was phased across two years to take advantage of various breaks and summer sessions. The renovations completely updated the color palate of the school; both interior and exterior. The new construction work added a large new Gymnasium and Science Wing.”

The project began in 2015 and was completed approximately 3 months before contract schedule. Construction was designed by Clark Patterson & Lee an architectural firm located in downtown Buffalo, NY and managed, on-site, by Superintendent Jack Closs, an employee of Resetarits Construction for the last 22 years.
Additions to the School District included a science wing with new classrooms, new entrance façade on various parts of the campus, a weight/work out room, parking spaces and a new vehicular drive to ensure improved safety and accessibility to the school.
Renovations included new lockers to correspond with the school colors of red and white, new wall tile in the hallways, renovation of office space for district staff, new flooring in the auditorium, improved landscaping throughout the campus and so much more.
